With a sense of adventure and compassion I seek to create a safe space for you to hear your inner wisdom and get out of your own way... to dissolve your blocks, heal, discover your authentic vision and courageously follow through on leading a personal and professional life aligned with the power of who you truly are. 

My holistic coaching style draws from a depth of studies in Whole Person Design, CliftonStrengths, Somatics, Compassionate Communication (NVC), NLP, Energetics, Emotional Intelligence and the "Panic to Powerful" program.

I'm certified as a professional Whole Person Coach, Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Trauma Informed Coach, "Panic to Powerful" Cancer Journey Coach , Essential Oil Specialist, and Usui Reiki Master. I support people with transformation and in transition including professionals, leaders, solopreneurs and survivors. I work by phone or video from my home base in Oregon and serve clients in both the U.S. and internationally. 

I honor supporting community and have served as Treasurer of the Oregon ICF, (International Coaching Federation), President and V.P. of Hood River Toastmasters club and for 5 years as a volunteer with Hospice of the Gorge.

In addition to professional coaching since 2009, my background includes a BA from Cal Poly Humboldt and over twenty years experience in the corporate, small business and nonprofit worlds. Having worn a wide variety of hats as an entrepreneur, professional photographer, operations manager, consultant, global traveler, writer and healer allows me a unique perspective to ask powerful questions that inspire action and real results.

Originally from the wilds of New York, I’m drawn to epic beauty and steadfast community. As an adult I’ve hung my hat in many western states such as Alaska, Colorado, Northern California, Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Serendipitously, my wandering spirit found a beautiful home and community 20 years ago beside two rivers, nestled between two volcanos, in the Columbia River Gorge. I thrive in a life immersed in natural beauty, spontaneous adventures, ridiculously amazing community, hiking, telemark skiing, yoga, meditation, travel and being on the water.
